Recent Poll Shows Rocking It For Life Has The Right Rhythm
Recently a poll was conducted by C.S. Mott Children Hospital National Poll on children's health concerns for voters. The poll showed the top two health concerns for voters are childhood obesity and bullying. Both of these issues are the mission of Rocking It For Life to help combat and make a difference in the lives of children. Rocking It For Life is a children motivational character building exercise/fitness empowerment project with anti-bully input to help promote a happier and healthier mind and body. It's great to follow your passion to help children live their best life into adulthood with something unique and fun. We incorporated music, exercise and positive input to help empower kids at home, schools, YMCA's, Boys & Girls clubs and even churches. Rocking It For Life uses a different vehicle to help with these top concerns. Our kids need our help. It's up to all of us to work together to make a difference.
There are so many people, organizations, foundations and associations complaining about childhood obesity and bullying, pointing out the negative effects, having webinars, meetings, etc but until they actually make a true connection in the individual child's life it's all just talk. In this case, action speaks louder than words, actually do something to help the obese child and help decrease bullying.
Presently Rocking It For Life is an extremely small organization, but we have big vision and is seeking partnerships, teamwork, connections and funding to help with actively decreasing childhood obesity and bullying throughout the US.
Rocking It For Life motivate kids to Rock It Across America, not just at the start of a new year, or only at back to school events or health fairs, but encourage everyone to invest in themselves at least 5 minutes a day to move and groove with a positive attitude to help decrease childhood obesity and bullying. Visit www.rockingitforlife.com.

The only new year resolution kids need is to Rock It. With so much negativity in the news regarding bullying and childhood obesity kids can reach their goals by joining the Nationwide Rocking It For Life Rock It Across America Challenge. A fun and unique motivational combination of an anti-bullying and combating childhood obesity campaign. The nationwide challenge is great for kids, parents, schools, YMCA’s, Boys & Girls Clubs to Rock It. The challenge is to commit to Rock It at least 5 minutes a day for a year for a happier and healthier mind and body. "We don’t want another child to commit suicide or have an obesity related disease", says Breezy.
Rock It is wonderful on many levels therefore, it is more effective than an anti-bully rally, wearing a bracelet, a purple T shirt for a day, posting character building posters or school children hearing a short character lesson over the school intercom in hopes of decreasing bullying. Kids are daily actively involved with positive input and enrichment for true transformation to live their best life into adulthood.
Everyone on can get a free 5 minute jump start version of Rock It at www.rockingitforlife.com "If you commit to this challenge for a year your life will be transformed and you will have a happier and healthier new year", proclaims Breezy. Let’s Rock It across America. So you think you Rock It?
